Please note that Accommodation Gift Certificates

1.  are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

2.  are for 2 persons only - tariffs will apply for extra persons

3.  are to be taken in the season indicated on the certificate

4.  may be used for season upgrade, subject to availability (See conditions 5 and 6)

5.  cannot be used where minimum stays are required (unless the booking is for the minimum stay or longer)

6.  may be used in conjunction with 1 other longer booking, as part payment

7.  can only be used subject to availability of accommodation

Payment              

• Christmas/January (extended stay): Over this period, there is a 7 day minimum stay. Lake House requires a 20% deposit upon booking. This is a non-refundable deposit if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the stay commencing. Balance is due 14 days before the stay commences. Please be aware that your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment.

 

• Other times of year: Deposit:   -  20% on booking and balance on arrival

• Please note: credit facilities are not available. Cash or direct bank transfer accepted.

• A refund may be made if the cancelled reservation is taken by other guests
